The USCIS announced that new filing fees will go into effect on Monday, July 30, 2007. Applications or petitions received by USCIS on or after July 30th must be in compliance with the new fee schedule.

To follow are the new filing fee amounts:

I-129 Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker increases from $190 to $320

I-539 Application to extend stay as Nonimmigrant or change Nonimmigrant status increases from $200 to $300

I-140 Petition for Immigrant Worker increases from $195 to $475

I-765 Application for Work Authorization Document from $180 to $340
