Professor Gitta Coaker recognized for Graduate Advising and Mentoring

Congratulations to Gitta Coaker for receiving a Graduate Program Advising and Mentoring Award from the Office of Graduate Studies.  Gitta has served as an academic advisor and member of the Plant Pathology Graduate Affairs Committee for 11 years, and chaired the committee for five years, all the while leading a large research group.  The award acknowledges her excellent service to our graduate program, as well as her positive impact on graduate students and colleagues.
